Answer: Yes. The purpose of sunscreen is to lengthen the amount of time you can be in the sun before tanning starts. Also, SPF 15 provides the maximum amount of protection. Any higher SPF number does not provide any additional protection.
Answer: Not if your bags are checked though via the airline. If you have to get baggage and then recheck it yourself, then yes, even if it is on the same airline. One airline refused to take our bags for a connecting flight till we emptied 5 kilos from the bag. Most American airlines are lax on these rules though.
Answer: Some flashlights are allowed, but the larger ones are prohibited. Large flashlights are the types that take C and D cell batteries. Smaller flashlights like the AA Mini-Mags are fine. All tools must be under 7 inches long.
