Answer: wel u hav 2 know how many turns in your road mile u run. and compare it to 8 turns (4laps with 2 turns each) on the track. turns usually slow u down. then think of any hils. hills going up slow u down but if its jst goin down u will b faster. remember these hills wont b on a trak. and the friction on the road mile u run probably isnt as good as friction on a good track. so i would expect a person 2 b faster on a track.
Take M1 to the NORTH or M40 to the NORTH from London to M6 to the NORTH WEST (via M42 if you are coming from M40). NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE M6 TOLL around BIRMINGHAM; it will save you lots of time.
Take M6 to the NORTH to A683 to HEYSHAM at J34. Turn left off the exit ramp onto A683 to HEYSHAM.
