Answer: No. Once the person hits the snooze button, it should take them about 15-30 minutes to hit REM once again. Depending on how heavy a sleeper you are or the sleeping conditions, you might be able to hit the REM stage in under ten minutes.
Answer: No this is not normal at all. It is very likely that you are suffering from insomnia, or have taken some sort of drug (like drinking too much Rockstar, or coffee or anything with high amounts of caffeine, Taurine or any drug containing an amphetamine) that is ruining your sleep cycle. I would recommend speaking to your doctor about this condition because there is likely something he can do.
Answer: Hormones are chemical messengers that are secreted by the endocrine glands into the blood. Hormones are transported via the bloodstream to reach specific cells, called target cells, in other tissues. They produce a specific effect on the activity of cells that are remotely located from their point of origin.
Answer: An EEG can be used to monitor the brainwaves during sleep, the 4 different waves are beta, alpha, theta, and delta. Beta waves are more common during waking hours, as well as REM sleep (hence: paradoxical sleep), alpha waves typically occur during the period before light sleep, IE drowsiness. Theta mostly occurs during light sleep. Delta is the typical wave type for deep sleep.
Answer: It is enough sleep, but it is at the wrong time. No matter how long you do it, humans will never adapt to a sleep schedule like that. Doing that for most of a lifetime may result in health consequences.
Answer: That is going to be different for everyone. For me, it was much easier to sleep right before going in. I found it VERY difficult to try to sleep right after coming home. It is a matter of preference. If you can sleep right after coming home, but have difficulty sleeping later, then stick with that. Either way, I suggest very thick curtains or putting tin-foil (I am southern!) on the windows to keep the sun out completely.
Answer: It is not necessarily unhealthy to sleep from 3am to 2pm and beawake from 2pm to 3am. Most people do not require 11 hours of sleepa day. People who work swing shift sometimes get to bed as late as3am and wake up around 11am.

Answer: A search of the Timex railroad pocket watches ( picture of train on case) that have been sold on ebay this year shows a span from $20 to $58. The value is partially dependent on nice it looks and most important, does it run.
Answer: With a cheap Chinese movement like the CL888, you can simply remove the balance spring by removing the 2 screws that hold it in place using a pair of tweezers and place a tiny drop of watch oil (nothing else) on the bearing. My watch went from 10 minutes fast every 24 hours to within a few seconds in the same time period with this method and some minor adjustment. Takes about 5 minutes from start to finish for the entire job. It may also be magnetized but I have never encountered this problem.
