Answer: this is a good ?. normally people say its too early to drink, but the reason behind the madness is because in the morning you need to start your metabolism. doctors and trainers say to eat breakfast in order to start your metabolism for the day, and burn more calories throughout the day. why not to drink really early in the morning is because of your digestive track with your metabolism, it is not good to wake up and start your system with a literal poison to your liver. but lunch and dinner its fine to drink because there is substance is your system. it is always unhealthy to drink a lot of alcohol. one glass of wine a day is actually really good for your system because it can cleanse it with all the other substances. so yeah. hope that helped. ;-)
Answer: Lucozade and Powerade have sugar in, not alot. It is better to have water if you are just excising for 20mins or so. But if you are training for longer periods it is better to use sports drinks.
Answer: yes it is because a sports drink has antioxidants and vitamins to give you energy to be more active such as gatorade, powerade, ect. however a carbonated drink has sugar and other things that go against the nutrients that your body needs.
