Answer: the pancreas works with the small intestine and the liver. It works with the liver by sending the hormones that it makes to the liver. The pancreas makes insulin and glucagon. If the blood sugar is high, the pancreas sends out insulin. The liver reads this and it will store glucose(sugar). Glucagon tells the liver to release glucose when the blood sugar is high. The pancreas works with the small intestine because it makes digestive juices that are sent into the small intestine. The juices help break down food.
Answer: Completes the job of breaking down protein, carbohydrates, and fats using digestive juices of pancreas combined with juices from the intestines. Secretes hormones that affect the level of sugar in the blood. Produces chemicals that neutralize stomach acids that pass from the stomach into the small intestine by using substances in pancreatic juice.
If the pancreas is damaged, the enzymes leak into the pancreatic tissue and start to auto-digest (eat itself) the cells, which results in hemorrhage, swelling, and local destruction within the pancreas. This process is also known as inflammation. Inflammation of the pancreas can occur with an immediate injury to the pancreas (i.e. acute) or with slow, long term damage (chronic).
Answer: Impeachment is not the only answer. A "recall" election may be.
In some states, state legislators and other state or local elected officials may be removed from office before the expiration of their established terms not only by action of the legislature itself through an "Expulsion" (for executive officers through an "impeachment" and conviction by the legislature), but also by the voters through a "recall" election procedure. While an expulsion is an internal authority of legislative bodies incident to their general powers over their own proceedings and members, recall is a special process outside of the legislature itself, exercised by the people through a special election.
What this means is that Senators or Representatives of Congress, as written in the Constitution, are able to use a process called "expulsion" to expel one of their members, usually requiring a 2/3 vote of the rest of the members. There is no provision in the Constitution for their constituents to remove them. The "recall" process is outside of the Constitution, and is the means by which the people can remove a member from Congress. The process requires a petition which has signatures of at least 25% of the vote which the elected official had received. After this is obtained, a special election can be set up to select a different person for the office of the person to be removed.

I HATE TO SAY IT BUT THE ABOVE DIRECTIONS ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. 95-99 AURORA ONLY HAD THE 4.0L V8. THE STARTER IS LOCATED UNDER THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY AND LINKAGE, FUEL RAIL AND INTAKE BOLTS. WILL NEED NEW INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET SET, 2 PIECES AND I SUGGEST NEW O-RINGS FOR THE INJECTORS. MAKE SURE THE BATTERY IS DISCONNECTED FIRST.
