Answer: The FAA doesnt actively make any exceptions for flights this low. Although it is unlikely your flying machine will attract their attention so long as it never leaves your property. If what you are flying can be defined as an ultralight, which the FAA defines thusly...
-------------------------------- FAR 103 specifies a powered "ultralight" as a single seat vehicle of less than 5 US gallons (19 L) fuel capacity, empty weight of less than 254 pounds (115 kg), a top speed of 55 knots (102 km/h or 64 mph), and a maximum stall speed not exceeding 24 knots (45 km/h or 27.6 mph). Restrictions include flying only during daylight hours and over unpopulated areas. Unpowered "ultralights" (hang-gliders, paragliders, etc.) are limited to a weight of 155 lb (70 kg) with extra weight allowed for amphibious landing gear and ballistic parachute systems. ----------------------------------
.... then you may fly it within those guidelines without a pilots license, although it is strongly encouraged that you get some training before hand.
But as far as a real airplane goes, the FAA requires a pilots license just to taxi around on the ground.

Answer: The right one Kind of. Actually by moving the aileron downward the pilot increases the arch of the wing causing it to produce more lift causing that wing to raise up, making the plane roll. By moving an aileron upward the pilot removes some arch from the wing causing it to produce less lift and the wing dips. The rudder on the tail of the plane actually steers the plane much like a rudder steers a boat. However it is a combination of the ailerons and the rudder that produce a coordinated turn, keeping the center of gravity in the center of the plane, and making it a comfortable turn.

Answer: The question shows a misunderstanding of what is required to register a vehicle with a salvage title. MOST places require a very detailed inspection the first time the car is registered after the title being "Branded" as salvage. After that the procedure is identical to all all other cars.
Answer: If you hold multiple licenses from several states the fact that one of the states revoked your privileges COULD have an impact on their decision to license you also. If you hold a current, valid license to practice within a certain state it MIGHT be legal to practice there despite your revocation elsewhere - UNLESS - the state has a requirement that you notify them of your change of status in any other jurisdiction. Tread carefully, and you probably should consult an attorney before you find yourself in VERY deep water.

This just in: While getting a front-end alignment on my truck, I saw a group photo of the Blue Angels in a Motor Trend magazine, and a few of them were female. It is definitely possible.

Answer: This depends on what country your in, In Australia, Yes, you do need a License, in Great Britain, Yes, the Ultralights/Microlights there are listed under their national register and therefore you need a license. In the United States, A true single seat ultralight requires no license to fly (assuming it meets the requirements of Part 103 for an ultralight aircraft). Any two seat "ultralight" or Light Sport type aircraft requires a Sport Pilot Certificate or higher to fly.
